How to test the pet heating pad?
Place a blanket, pillow or other insulating object over part of the heating pad. After 30-40 minutes of operation, place your hand under the insulating object to feel the heat.
About Heating pad not working properly.
First, Check if the power plug is properly connected and the outlet is functional. Secondly, Inspect the pad and remote for damage or short circuits; replace if needed. If not heating well, Test heating performance using the temperature test method.
About Temperature not as expected.
When your pet is not on the heating pad, the heat is released into the air and the surface temperature depends on the ambient temperature. When your pet is on the bed, it heats up to a maximum temperature of 55℃/131°F.
